Takođe želim da obavestim kazino da sam bolesna, da sam samohrana majka sa decom i da je ovaj stres pogoršao moje napade anksioznosti i bolove i zaista ne mogu da spavam od celog ovog problema. To utiče na mene i moju decu. Imam doktorske dokumente koji dokazuju moje probleme sa mentalnim zdravljem. Ovo će me ubiti!

To those who it may concerns.
I am filling a official complaint because the 7-21 working days is over now. I tried so many ways to contact the department who is responsible for payouts but in the chat they cut me off and don’t give answers.
I still have not received my withdrawal the winning amount I played and won in a fair manner. Also my account is verified from day one. I sticked by the rules so I hope the casino also will have the decent to stick by their own rules.
I want to come to a solution and i hope that you are willing to solve this problem.
I made the withdrawal on 27th October 2023 the withdrawal transaction number is: 384488936 an amount of €5000,-
I want also to let the casino know that I am sick, I am a single mother with kids and this stress made my anxiety attacks and ptss worse and I really can’t sleep of this whole problem. It’s affecting me and my kids. I have doctors documents to proof my mental health problems. This is going to kill me!
Please dont let me beg for my winnings, I will wait for your response on how to solve this.
