The casino has stolen from me as a result of their behaviour which CasinoGuru has condemned.

The complaint you had is reopened. We'll try to make sure it's all resolved fairly. As the complaint is open, it is not possible to change the safety index at the moment. Also, even if the complaint ends up being unresolved, the safety index changes once a week, so you would have to wait for it to go down.🙂

I'm going through hell with this casino. 4 months of CG helping me get verified, for the casino now refusing to process a 200 withdrawal. They only want me to request the full 2000, if you look online they have a history of saying money is processed and players never getting it and refusing to help.


CG need to draw attention to the fact this Casino group used to call themselves Goldwin and were kicked out of Malta and fined millions by the swedeish and dutch governments for this same behaviour. They also closed their previous company owing many many players.

Osvojio sam 2000 evra u kazinu MrWest! 🥳

Verifikacija mog naloga je potvrđena 5. decembra, nakon čega sam zatražio isplatu. Nakon toga, ponovo sam pregledao uslove i odredbe, a takođe sam otpremio dokument koji dokazuje poreklo sredstava u kazino. S obzirom na iznos isplate, pomislio sam da bi ovo moglo biti korisno.

Nažalost, još uvek nisam dobio odgovor od kazina. Već sam kontaktirao korisničku službu i rekli su mi da trenutno imaju veliki broj upita, što može prouzrokovati kašnjenja. Savetovali su mi da jednostavno sačekam još malo.

Da li i vi to vidite na isti način? Ili bi trebalo da podnesem žalbu? Nisam sasvim siguran...

To be fair and square with you, many casinos fall into heavy delays shortly before holidays and then have quite a hard time getting back to normal. It happens every year. 🙁

If nothing else, just to remind them that it is up to the management to deal with such struggles because once the player loses trust, it's literally the end.

I honestly hope there is nothing more serious going on behind the curtains and that you will be verified and paid sooner rather than later!
