Da, poslali su mi email. Nisam previše siguran da li je to zato što su odlučili da mi pošalju imejl kao rezultat žalbe na Casino Guru ili zato što sam poslao e-poštu na suppport@oshi.io danas.
U svakom slučaju, drago mi je da postoji napredak.
Zatražili su da ih pošaljem bankovnim transferom, pa sam i uradio.
Imali su 2 partnera za bankovni transfer „VIRE" i „MIFINITI_AU". Tako sam preneo $1288 preko „VIRE" i $1008 preko „MIFINITI_AU".
Njihova stranica za povlačenje navodi da će biti potrebno 3-10 dana da se očisti.
Šteta što mi to ranije nisu rekli.
Osećam da je njihova podrška ćaskanju uživo beznadežna. Predlažem da neko ima PRAVI problem sa Oshi kazinom da pošalje e-poštu support@oshi.io umesto da razgovarate sa ćaskanjem uživo .
Obaveštavaću vas da vidim da li ću na kraju dobiti svoj novac!

Yes, they did email me. I'm not too sure is it because they decided to send me the email as a result of the complaint on Casino Guru or becasue I sent an email to suppport@oshi.io today.
Eitherway, I'm glad there is some progress.
They have requested me to send it via Bank Transfer, so I did.
They had 2 bank transfer partners "WIRE" & "MIFINITY_AU". So I transferred $1288 via "WIRE" and $1008 via "MIFINITY_AU".
Their withdraw page stated it will take 3-10 days to clear.
It's a shame that they didn't tell me to do this earlier.
I do feel their live chat support is hopeless. I suggest anyone has REAL problem with Oshi Casino to email support@oshi.io rather than talking to the live chat.
Will keep you guys posted to see if I do eventually get my money!
