Verification takes anywhere from 3 - 14 days (usually the former I would imagine, but I had to do it over the xmas period, so it took closer to two weeks to get verified). I managed to cash out 9k on my third deposit. They only allow 2 x $2500 withdrawls to bitcoin per week, but I have received all my money within 2 weeks. Just be very careful not to exceed the max bet with a bonus active, or redeem any deposit or free bonus while you have a pending withdrawl. Basically just submit the documents, and wait a week, if they haven't verified you by then, they will have sent an email saying what document needs to be redone. For me verification was that easy, I just emailed them what was listed on the KYC section to the email provided, and a week later they sent me an email saying I was now verified.
