Zdravo Jaro, igrao sam u kazinu dosta dugo, povremeno, i RTP je generalno bio prilično užasan, izbor igara za Kanađane je bio strašno ograničen, ali najveći problem je bila nemogućnost povezivanja sa korisničkom službom. Pisao sam imejlove na koje nisam dobio odgovor, čet očigledno ne postoji bez Telegrama ili Fejsbuka, pa čak i kada sam popunjavao tikete na njihovom sajtu za koje su rekli da će dobiti odgovor u roku od 24 sata, nikada nisu bili. Osećao sam se kao da su zombi kazino.
Hi Jaro, I played at the casino for quite a while on and off and the RTP was pretty awful in general, the game selection for Canadians was terribly limited, but the biggest issue was the impossibility of connecting with customer service. I wrote emails that went unanswered, chat doesn't exist without Telegram or Facebook apparently, and even when I filled out tickets on their site that they stated would be answered in 24 hours, they never were. I felt like they were a zombie casino.
