I explained to them that my ID is perfectly fine and all companies accept it and now im waiting for them to answer me for an alternative solution.

I explained to them everything in detail.

How they decide that my ID has expired?

My ID applies for up to ten years

Either way the way they work is unacceptable.

They have their base in Ireland and Bet365 in UK but Bet365 accepts my ID and they dont?

Don't you have an expiration date written somewhere on your ID ? I think that's an obligation, so if you have it there, maybe that's why it could be. But we will see if the casino comes up with an alternative as you announced and if it can be solved, I think you did the right thing and it is important if you tell them everything in detail. I hope they will understand and you will be able to verify and withdraw the money.

Our National ID doesnt write expiration date

It the next 10 years we re obligated to change it

I see, so it occurs to me that it could be a problem for the casino but that's just my guess, so the best thing to do is to find out from them and check with them what they will do and if it will be possible to provide something else or if they will solve it somehow. 

I will be looking forward to your update and hopefully it will be positive.

So i keep asking them and asking and after they told of an alternative solution today i send again and they told me this that my National ID has expired

So i reported them in Greek Gambling Committee and thats it

Pokerstars is a fraud and a scam

Reported them for fraudulent activity

Hello, this is awfully complicated situation and I completely understand you want to report it. I just want you to know, that you should start with its official license provider, which is Malta 👈

The Greek Gambling Committee is formally in no relation to this casino because it does not have a Greek license.

If I may advise, I would wait for the complaint to reach its end, and then I would inform the licensing authority.

Okay, and if you don't see it anywhere, did you try to write an email and ask why it's like that? Maybe it could be technical difficulties but that could just be my guess and therefore it would be best to find out from them why it is so.
