I won 30500€ and now i ve made the request for the first withdrawal.

They told me that is in the queue for clearence and they dont need any verification from me in that point.

I have patience and i ll keep you updated if i received and how much , cause 30K is a very big ammount

15 days they didn’t even reply to any mail ! Live chat write a message that they are busy and they leave chat or they log me off ! Every day 15 days now ! I consider wait couple of days until Monday and I will complain even to gaming comission and everywhere I can
