Ne mogu više. Danas mi je banka aktivirala kreditnu karticu tako da se, kao izuzetak, mogu uplatiti depoziti na ovu kreditnu karticu.


Više puta sam objasnio svoj problem kazinu, pružio sva potrebna dokumenta za verifikaciju kreditne kartice na koju želim da podignem i zatražio povlačenje.


Ponovo je moje povlačenje odbijeno sa obrazloženjem da treba da koristim istu kreditnu karticu koju sam koristio za depozit. Pokušao sam četiri puta da objasnim kazinu da je kreditna kartica koju sam koristio za deponovanje samo onlajn kreditna kartica koju mogu da koristim za plaćanje, ali na koju ne mogu da uplaćujem jer svako plaćanje, koje trenutno koristim sa gotovinskom karticom, terete se direktno sa mog računa.

Zaista više ne znam šta da radim

I think when you tried to explain your situation and also ask for alternatives, I don't think it's fair to you when the casino just tells you that they can't help you. It's not a big enough problem for them to find a solution or at least try to help you. 

However, none of this is happening despite your efforts, so like I said, I would file a complaint and see if our team can help you with your situation. It's probably the most sensible thing to do.

Uradiću to ovako, pošto sam juče poslao dokumente za novu kreditnu karticu u kazino na proveru, sačekaću danas da vidim da li će bar pokušati da izvrše moje povlačenje. Ako ne, otvoriću žalbu.

Zdravo, sada sam podneo žalbu. Čet uživo mi je rekao da mogu da platim i na drugu kreditnu karticu. I ponovo mi je rečeno putem e-pošte da broj kreditne kartice mora biti isti onaj koji sam koristio za depozit. Moje objašnjenje zašto to nije moguće nije shvaćeno i moja ponuda da mogu da napravim i kripto depozit koji će biti isplaćen je zanemarena.

I don't understand if the casino also doesn't get this case. First they tell you that you can withdraw to another card and then they tell you that they need the details of another card.

Ni ja to ne razumem, rekao sam kazinu sve što je relevantno ali i dalje ne isplaćuju.

Trenutno se osećam veoma nelagodno

i frustriran sam da li ću uopšte dobiti svoj novac...

I share your feelings, especially when you tried in good faith to solve your problem and also suggested several alternatives. Opravdanje kazina je bilo da sam jednom pokušao da uplatim depozit u sestrinskom kazinu sa drugom, trećom kreditnom karticom.

Zatim je saopšteno da kazino zbog toga sumnja na pranje novca, što je naravno totalna glupost.

Zatim sam dao kazinu dokaz o sve 3 kreditne kartice koje posedujem i čak rekao kazinu od kog provajdera ih imam. Takođe sam ponudio da proverim sve 3 kreditne kartice.

Njihov argument je bio da sam ja iz Nemačke, ali jedan od mojih provajdera kreditnih kartica ima sedište u Londonu. To je jednostavno zato što je ova kreditna kartica sa cripto.com.

To su samo potpuno neosnovane optužbe, samo da mi kazino ne plati.

Sve kreditne kartice su na moje ime i mogu da ih verifikujem. Ovo je samo potpuna prevara kazina.

Zdravo, razlog je bio taj što sam pokušao da uplatim depozit u sestrinskom kazinu sa kreditnom karticom, ali nije uspelo i nisam koristio ovu kreditnu karticu u trenutnom kazinu Kasino, već drugu.

Zbog toga sam optužen za kršenje propisa o pranju novca. Potpuno apsurdno...


Sada sam morao da pružim dokaz o transakcijama sa dotične kreditne kartice, što sam naravno i učinio. I sada čekam odgovor iz kazina. Nadam se da ću kasnije moći da platim na ovu kreditnu karticu.

Moj problem se odnosi na Kassino, koji je od istog provajdera. Takođe sam otvorio žalbu na ovo.

Nažalost, niko ne odgovara na moje mejlove i na žalbu se ne odgovara.

Pitao sam ovaj kazino samo zato što je popularniji i možda jedan ili dva igrača mogu ovde da podele svoje iskustvo.
