Ne znam, rekao sam da ću ih prijaviti Pakgoru gde imaju licencu... blokirali su mi pristup kazinu i sada su isplate i komunikacija sa njima komplikovane, dobili su podatke o plaćanju i ništa se nije desilo 20 dana, dok je za slanje novca potrebno samo minut.

No I haven't and I gave up on them.

Gave up after waiting for a long time and casino guru kept extending the time for them to reply.

I don't know how they have such a high review on here.

I kept getting asked for the same documents over and over.

Oh really? I’m having the same problem. I sent my bank statements that I only had from royal bank up until June 5. They said that wasn’t good enough. So I went to the bank today and got them to print me a statement until today’s date. Now I wait. Did you ever run into this problem with verification? I only get online bank statements like a week after month ends. So I won’t recieve my online banking statement for June until July 5th. I’m freaking out. I won like over 100,000.

From my experience with a few other casino's is they wanted proof it was my bank account and it had my name and address on it.

Not a problem as I didn't have to wait for the next statement.

I would send them proof of deposit from Gigadat which was good and I.D as well as utility bill ect and that passed verification.

Ok, well let’s hope I gave them enough information. I gave them 3 separate bank statements. Hopefully this will be enough. So stressful just trying to reclaim some of your winnings.

It was almost 5 weeks of going through all that.

I sent the same bank statements 6 times and because it took so long I was able to send the statement that did show the deposit.

I would like someone to tell how safe is that because after that point I realized I didn't want to deal with a casino like that and I'm not even sure if they have a license.

When I asked for help here like I said the time was always extended for them to respond and 5 weeks is a little long to me.

So I play the money and let casino guru know so it was marked as case closed.

I just couldn't be bothered anymore.

There are more trust worthy casinos to play at and I don't play online to much anymore because it seems like it's getting longer to be verified.
