Had to open a casinoguru complaint as they are breaking the law and their own terms .

Court Papers were served on Rocketplay and Rocketplay affiliates yesterday and filed with the court by my solicitors . If the 'business' does not engage in the pre action protocol I think I get default judgment and then I can get baliffs involved. Will keep people updated incase anyone else has fallen fowl.

For anyone thinking of playing here. Please see they now have at least one active court claim against them. Notification from the court of receipt below. This can still take months and months though (apparently).

Moj nalog je blokirao Rocketplay.com jer je moj VPN slučajno radio u pozadini (pre toga sam koristio onlajn bankarstvo). Odmah sam kontaktirao podršku, objasnio situaciju i izvinio se. Zaista je bila samo greška. Kazino me stalno upućuje na svoje uslove i odredbe i ostaje ravnodušan.

My account was blocked by Rocketplay.com because my VPN was accidentally running in the background (I was using online banking beforehand). I contacted support immediately, explained the situation, and apologized. It really was just a mistake. The casino keeps referring me to its terms and conditions and remains unmoved.
Has anyone had this experience? What did you do, and is there any chance the casino will reactivate my account at some point? Has anyone else been in the same situation? Thanks for your replies! 🙂 Best regards

Mein Konto wurde von "Rocketplay.com" gesperrt, weil versehentlich der VPN im Hintergrund lief (ich war zuvor im Onlinebanking). Habe mich direkt an den Support gewendet und meine Situation geschildert und mich entschuldigt. Es war wirklich nur ein Versehen. Das Casino verweist mich jedes Mal auf seine AGBs und bleibt standhaft.
Hat jemand Erfahrungen damit? Was habt ihr getan bzw. gibt es eine Chance, dass das Casino mein Konto irgendwann wieder reaktiviert? War von euch jemand schonmal in der gleichen Situationen? Vielen Dank für eure Antworten🙂 liebe Grüße

Vidim da ste se slučajno našli u nesrećnoj situaciji. Na osnovu vašeg iskrenog opisa, želeo bih da kažem da, po mom mišljenju, kazina nikada nisu srećna da izgube mušterije, tako da ako niste stekli nepravednu prednost čak ni slučajnim korišćenjem VPN-a, što obično znači da na primer niste uzeli bonus koji ne bi trebalo da vam bude dostupan bez VPN-a ili igrali ograničenu igru koju inače ne biste ni otvorili, bio bih blagonaklon. VPN je zabranjen kao alat za maskiranje, koji, baš kao što je opisano, može promeniti ponude bonusa ili čak dostupnost igara; s druge strane, živimo u sajber eri i određeni nivo zaštite je sasvim razumljiv.
Možda jedno pitanje, ako smem? Da li je vaš VPN podešen na drugu zemlju? To bi se moglo smatrati „maskiranjem". Ili je samo uključen, ali i dalje podešen na zemlju u kojoj zvanično živite, molim vas?
Takođe izgleda da je kazino već zatvorio vaš nalog, tako da je verovatnoća iznenadnog ponovnog otvaranja prilično mala, pretpostavljam. 🙁

I see you accidentally found yourself in an unlucky situation. Based on your honest description, I would like to say that, in my opinion, casinos are never happy to lose customers, so if you have not gained an unfair advantage by even accidentally using the VPN, which usualy means that you for example, did not take a bonus you should not have available without the VPN or play a restricted game you would not normally even open, I would be benevolent. VPN is forbidden as a masking tool, which, just as described, may alter the bonus offers or even game availability; on the other hand, we live in cyber era and a certain level of protection makes perfect sense.
Perhaps a question, if I may? Was your VPN set to a different country? That could be considered "masking." Or was it just turned on but still set to the country you officially live in, please?
It also appears that the casino has already closed your account, so the probability of sudden reopening is quite low, I reckon. 🙁
Što manje-više znači da ne biste imali nikakvu prednost u odnosu na kazino, barem po mom mišljenju. Možda bi kazino imao drugačiji pristup, ali rekao bih da ćemo o tome više saznati u žalbi.

Which pretty much means you would not get any advantage over the casino, at least in my opinion. Maybe the casino would have a different approach, but I would say we will learn more about it in the complaint.
