They check my kyc but the reject proof of crypto deposit everytime. I've been trying to complete it for a month now I've sent 9 proofs and they rejected each and every one of them.

Transaction amount


Recipient's name


Transaction ID


Date of the transaction


Please submit a new document that includes all of the above information.

I managed to verify my deposit. I was verified yesterday and withdrew but they rejected me and they ask me again for proof of income. I just hope they will verify this without any issue because they it's clear they are just wasting time now.
