I’ve got all my money out!!! The withdrawal process was a joke I joined on the 3rd of September and after verification I’ve managed 3 withdrawals which too a week to process the 1st 2 and the last one took 12 days don’t get my wrong when the sent the money you get the next day but waiting that long is a joke.
I was asked would I play there again I doubt it with withdraw time like that.

last night for all there messing about I was given £20 bonus with £100 wager on it which I won to £34 odd I went to live roulette and put it up to £200 then I withdrew went back today to find it seems to have been taken so they give you a bonus you beat it then they try rob you?

think I’ve been done by same rule I won £34.05 threw a bonus and played roulette most I bet was £50 a spin withdrew £200 last night just looked 30mins ago it was put back into my account then taken away
Probably lives games are banned while a bonus is active, this ban shouldn't apply when the wagering requirement is already cleared, I suppose that's why they voided it
Definitely how I didn’t play live casino till the bonus was completed and money put into my account, when I played live it was "my" own money

Just a question: Has your bonus balance been converted after you met the wagering requirement?
We deem it fair that once this conversion is made and the bonus money left gets voided, the balance should be considered real money - no previously applied bonus terms should be active.
yeah it has been I checked I had wagered it and saw it change from bonus money into my real balance. When I had bonus money it was 50p-£5 min and max bet I bet between 50p and £1 wagered £100 as told by them

the only saving grace is that it’s there bonus frustrating I beat it but wasn’t my money, I got out my money and won’t be depositing there again if I don’t get outcome I want it will be closed by end of weekend.

It’s a joke and I’m glad I’ve saw this and won’t play there again, as far as I’m concerned that was my money and I should be able to play as I wish. Who had such stupid rules 30% I was lucky cos when I deposited £200 I bet £250 and with these stupid rules £260 would be my max bet and if I went over that they’d have taken my money
You are absolutely right and I agree with you because it is quite nonsense.
I see that the complaint is slowly moving forward and we will see where we end up. I wish you all a fair settlement and that you get your money in the end.
