Takođe imam problem sa isplatom.

Ima dosta novca na mom računu i čekam 3 nedelje da mi isplate samo 500€, iako sam na nivou 3. Rečeno mi je u ćaskanju uživo da mogu da podignem 12.000€ mesečno, kako bi to trebalo da funkcioniše ako ne mogu ni da mi plate 500€ za 3 nedelje? Već sam kontaktirao svog advokata. Od 7-10 pokušaja povlačenja, samo su mi jednom platili 500€. Ne odgovaraju ni na mejlove.

When you requested the withdrawal you received, how long did you wait? Is there any reason given by the casino why you are waiting so long now? 

I was wondering if they could do some kind of gameplay check, but I suppose that would have at least alerted you.

Čekao sam oko 3-4 dana dok nisam dobio isplatu.

Svi kojima pišem kažu mi da ima opštih kašnjenja u plaćanju.

Ali sve ovo ne menja činjenicu da njihovi uslovi i odredbe navode da isplate traju samo 3-5 dana.

Nemam aktivan bonus, inače ne bih imao mogućnost podizanja novca.
