Hi. I am extremely frustrated with Spin247. I made a withdrawal on the 18 November 2023 and I am STILL waiting! When I speak to them I get the same answer everytime 'they are experiencing a delay and are busy working on it' This is not the first time I have made a withdrawal either. Previously I experienced the same issue but I only waited for 2 weeks! I would like my money and I am fed up of waiting for it now.

Hi, I moved your post under the casino you are talking about. 

As for your withdrawal, I can see what reason the casino gave you for it, but I think you've been waiting too long when you say it's been a month. However, when you made a withdrawal in the past and got your money after 2 weeks, did you have the same problem or was it something else ? 

Anyway, I think lodging a complaint was a good move as we give casinos 14 days to resolve a withdrawal. Let's see where our team gets to and I really hope that this situation can be resolved and you will get your money. If you have any update, let us know.

I get it, so I suppose that if you get your money for the second time, you'd better choose another casino for the next time, since such unpleasantness has been repeated. 

Anyway, let me know if you have new information. I hope everything will be solved.

well i had like 5 withrawals in the past wich went well...now the problem is that i made a withrawal on the 13th november till today on the 19th december(5 weeks) i did not recieve my winnings...when contact their live chat the consultant repeat a copy & paste saying ''they are having delays and i must rest assured i will recieve my funds''

Hi, I see that you have been waiting for your money for quite a long time and the casino keeps telling you the same thing over and over again, which is not helpful. 

Did it tell you any other reason why the money has been stuck for 5 weeks ? 

Anyway, I recommend to open a complaint here and our team will try to help you. 

I hope you will get your money.
