But that's not true. I always replied immediately and sent everything they needed. For me it looks like this casino doesn't want to pay out at all and therefore always invent something new.

Also, jetzt hab ich gestern eine Mail bekommen von Spin 247, wo doch tatsächlich behauptet wird ich würde mich nicht melden und aufgrund dessen gehen sie davon aus daß sich das für mich erledigt hat.
Das stimmt aber nicht. Ich habe immer sofort geantwortet und alles geschickt was sie brauchten. Für mich sieht das so aus daß dieses Casino gar nicht auszahlen möchte und deshalb immer etwas neues erfinden.
Eine große Sauerei. Geht man so mit Kunden um die auch noch einzahlen? Das ist schon Kriminell. Und der Live Support funktioniert immer noch nicht. Aber das verstehen sie auch nicht.
