Exactly, Jaro. No one has been answering my questions, and I've been waiting since May 9th to withdraw this doesn't make any sense. I know plenty of online casinos where you can withdraw large amounts the same day, and they respond to any queries promptly. I've never had a bad experience like this. Thanks anyways Jaro.

I thought you'd wait for the complaint to reach its conclusion and our team would try to help. The main point is that if the casino didn't do that and we're on your side and they don't resolve the situation, then they'd get black points which is an alert for other players to watch out for. 

But once a player loses money there is nothing more to do and sometimes casinos come out unscathed.

Otvorio sam kladioničarski račun kod Supabeta pre 10 dana. Uspeo sam nekoliko puta da dopunim svoj račun koristeći Visa karticu, u ukupnom iznosu od 1.050 evra, i srećom, konačno sam uspeo. Dva puta sam isplatio po 500 evra na svoj bankovni račun i od tada je sve rezervisano. Već nedelju dana imam tri isplate od 500 evra u pripremi, a na mom kladioničarskom računu imam 7.000 evra. Stalno dobijam poruke da postoji tehnički problem.

Hmm, that doesn't seem like the smartest move by the casino. But if you tell them that you want to have a closed account, then it's normal that you can reopen it in any casino. 

If you ask for self-exclusion, then it might be about something else and they shouldn't reopen your account. 

Anyway, if you can't close it for good, you can try using our services and our team will try to help you to make it impossible.

Počeo sam da igram u kazinu početkom maja, uložio sam 3 hiljade reala i stigao do 24 hiljade, od tada imam problema sa isplatom, jer dozvoljavaju isplate samo od 1850 reala odjednom i potrebno je 15 dana da se obradi, iako pravila kažu 3 dana.


Ponekad morate čekati 15 dana da se povlačenje obradi, samo da bi bilo odbijeno i da vam odgovore da je to zbog „tehničke greške" i onda morate čekati još 15 dana.


Najveći problem je nastao sada kada su tražili verifikaciju računa, odbijaju dokaz o transakcijama i istoriji.


Traže dokaz od 10. aprila do 10. maja. U prvom pokušaju sam poslao PDF sa kompletnom istorijom mog naloga za april i maj, koja prikazuje sve depozite izvršene u kazinu.


Zatim sam poslao istoriju transakcija za poslednja 4 meseca naloga, što je ponovo odbijeno.


Sada sam poslao pojedinačne račune za 4 depozita koje sam izvršio u kazinu, zajedno sa PDF-om za mesec maj, koji takođe prikazuje 4 depozita, koji su napravljeni 2. i 3. maja. Ponovo sam odbijen.


Na računima bukvalno postoje svi mogući podaci, a oni i dalje odbijaju i čak ne kažu zašto, kontaktiram podršku preko ćata i kažu da nemaju pristup ovim informacijama, kontaktiram ih imejlom i nikada ne odgovaraju.


Poslao sam imejl sa 8 datoteka, 4 pojedinačne potvrde za 4


depozite koje sam napravio i kompletnu istoriju mog računa za poslednja 4 meseca i ništa, nema odgovora.


Moj novac je vezan i ne mogu da dobijem nikakve odgovore.


Ne mogu da otvorim žalbu ovde na guruu, stalno mi prikazuje grešku kapče, iako se nijedna ne pojavljuje

To je to. Drugi deo mog povlačenja još uvek nedostaje. Prvi deo sam primio tek za 14 dana. I borba sa primanjem drugog dela se nastavlja.
