Does anyone has any idea about whats happening with superb casino , as i just try to login to superb and they taking me to another website with the name bountyreels.com, does that means they open a new shop for robbing people and making them fool.. Hi I tried on the new website , i logged in successfully .. Does that means that the old website is closed due to lots of complaints and now they will fool people on this new website.

So that means they are same people, just rebrand and attract customer under new brand as they don't have a good reputation under the old brand , They will be doing regular rebranding and doing business.

I do not know who they might be. Simply put, rebranding is a way to change the name of the company, probably with a brand new owner. But it does not mean all unresolved complaints are forgotten. For us, it means that we must convince the new management to resolve the sins of the previous management; otherwise, all remains the same.

I don't think so its a new management , if it was a new management , they would have shown some efficiency by now. but the complaints are still there and they are fresh for more hunting now.

I think it could be, but if there was new management behind it, it might take some time to get things moving and start addressing the complaints. However, these are just my guesses and we will see how it will go on and how the casino will deal with further complaints. I would be happy if they would start to be resolved. But we'll see.

Let me tell you what will happen next,,, After 90 days they will cancel my withdrawal due to high risk transaction or a technical error and the funds will be credited back to my account and i will have to request again for withdrawal and the transaction has to go through few check again ..That's what happened with me in winner casino, both are siblings.. I was chatting with the online agent and fortunately it was the same agent i chat with in winner casino as well. i will share there email and chat screen shots...filefilefilefile

So I'm sorry and I think that 90 days to make one withdrawal is too much and I don't understand why it's so long and what all can be done about it. 

In this case, since the casino is not even licensed, there is no one to turn to, which is a great pity. I'm worried now whether you will get your money. Obviously I would be skeptical and take the whole lesson from this and always keep an eye on the casino where I go to deposit. 

However, if you happen to get a reply from a casino with something new, be sure to let me know.

To tell you the truth, I'm curious how your case will turn out as your complaint is still open. I would be happy if the casino would reply when it will be contacted, alternatively if the whole issue will be solved sooner. 

However, based on the experience of other players, I am not sure if this will be the case.

I wonder , how easily they operate from one website to other or rebrand themselves with no fear and no one taking any action against these criminals. Where and when their business will end and will they enjoy looting and robbing people for life time, will they never go behind the bars???
