However, if you still have money there, you can file a complaint with us and our team will try to help you with your situation. I think that might be reasonable, since we don't know what's going on with the casino yet.

Hello I just wanted to help with this and will be raising my own complaint but it seems they have moved to a new site with web address superb1.bet

i logged in there with my details and saw my withdrawal still says awaiting after 7 weeks.

anyways I hope this helps.

Zdravo. Mislim da sam primio traženo povlačenje od 100 €. Imao sam iznenađenje

100 € na mom računu i novac može doći samo od Superb-a nije zahtevao nikakvo drugo povlačenje iz bilo kog drugog kazina. Na osnovu bankovnih podataka, ne mogu 100% da kažem da novac dolazi od Superba, već od koga drugog. Upravo sam se prijavio na superb1.bet i došao na svoj nalog i moj zahtev za povlačenje je postavljen na nulu. Dakle, nada umire poslednja i nadam se da ćete svi vi koji ste podneli žalbu Casino Guruu dobiti svoj novac.

Mislim da bez pritiska Casino Gurua nikada ne bih dobio svoju isplatu.

Zdravo. Ceo transfer je trajao od 12. novembra 2023. do 26. decembra 2023. Bio sam potpuno iznenađen što je 100 € odjednom bilo na računu. Opet, bez žalbe i velike pomoći kazina GURU, mislim da nikada ne bih dobio novac.

There is hope then! I have £600 pending since the 9th of November. I don’t know wether to risk making a complaint and it potentially have a negative effect or just wait it out. As for your withdrawal, we give the casinos 14 days to process it. Did the casino tell you the reason why it's been over a week? Of course, if nothing moves, you can file a complaint.

Hello no problem. I’ve been waiting 7 weeks for my withdrawal. They just keep saying it’s being checked and that they’re sorry for the delay. The chat used to be very bot like but they seem a lot more sympathetic at the moment without really offering much information.

Hmm, 7 weeks check withdrawal seems a bit long to me. The casino didn't give any other reason than this yes ?

However, I firmly believe that this problem will be solved as well. So far some players have contacted us as you had a chance to see that they got their money, so I hope that will be the case in your situation as well.
