Hello! I thought it would be good to bring here a little experience of this casino.

I made a deposit on the first of December 2022, the deposit was the third and the amount was 200 euros so i didnt have bonus just raw money. I won 4,000 euros then and I still have the same amount in the balance at the moment.

When I tried to withdraw, it said that the account must be fully verified. I sent the documents on the first of December and on Sunday the 4th of December I got a message that the address and identity have been verified, but the bank statement could not be verified because it did not have the bank logo on it (all other casinos have accepted this statement)

let's see if this casino can pay winnings or do i need to contact to mga.

Documents are approved, now i made withdrawl 1000e (max per request) let's see will they take my pending withdrawl down after 72 hours and asks for new documents!

I will follow this... Im in the same situation, kind of. I deposited 200 euro on 3 of december. Waiting for documents approval (done this many times before). Im at 14 000 Euro. Was lucky and won over 2000 x with 5 euro bet.

I didnt red the terms and condition that the maximum win is 5000 euro in 24 H ( yes sick).

I thought it was a Safe casino since they had MGA-license...

almost the same goes for you. Even though this casino is licensed in Malta, the reputation score is bad.

Does not mean that something has to happen immediately, still a kind of warning, I'd say.

Withdrawal request has been rejected because i need to send selfie document where i hold my id ( i have sent this already on 1th december).

When they going to accept this they will reject again and again asking new documents after i have played all my 4000e away, but unfortunately i wont play these, i will fight till the end.

I will get my money out of this casino. They probably closing my account at some point but then i will contact to mga!

Meni je otprilike isto..3/12 Uplatio sam depozit i dobio bonus..Prošao sam kroz bonus i onda je krenuo proces dokumenata..7/12, tako da su ih danas prihvatili dokeri i ja stavite novac za povlačenje koristeći zimpler..barem povlačenje još nije odobreno.

so my Withdrawal got´ rejected...


I had provided screen shots from my bank-statement with switch and bic codes.

I can print out/send PDF with my bank-statement but there is no documents I can send with my bank statement combined with my BIC/swift-codes. I emailed my bank if they could get me that kind of Bank-statemnet, but I dont know.

... The casino is asking for bank-documents that does not exist. Its hard when they for some reason dont accept Screen captures.


I will keep fighting for my money...

The casino informed you that the document must be in .pdf format, hence I would try to use your online banking (if you have any) to create one. I can do that in my online banking portal, the result is .pdf statement with my full address, name, and bank account info.

Can you try that, please?

Casinos won't accept print screens or cropped documents, because those can be altered - this is the reason.
