About a month ago I tried to withdraw, submitted ID card, photos of debit card, bank statement as proof of address (with accompanying selfies) but my withdrawal was rejected because they wanted an additional form of ID and official document from my mobile provider (which is impossible because I'm a prepaid user). They then said I could provide a screenshot from my mobile provider's app but I had to get a passport (I'm in South Africa and that can take upto six weeks). Finally got the passport and made a withdrawal request yesterday. I'm praying to the heavens that I'll get it. Out of curiosity what form of ID did you use and we're there any problems about proof of address and mobile number?

The hopeful optimist in me thinks that they requested additional forms of ID in October (passport or Driver's license, which I didn't have) because South African ID cards (unlike some other countries) do not have expiration dates whereas on Svenplay they stated that the images of the document should show date of issue and expiration date. When they asked for additional forms of ID they never said that that was the issue so that's just my guess in hindsight. Passports and Driver's licenses of course have expiration dates but I don't drive so I had to spend weeks waiting for a passport just to do this withdrawal. I'll update everyone here how the withdrawal goes as I've been waiting just over 24 hours now. Fingers crossed!

I wanted to say that the level of verification can be affected by the country you live in, and what you described earlier makes me think that Africa is probably taken as a potential risk zone, it may cause the verification to be more let's say more precise.

Thats so weird. I just checked my Svenplay account (five minutes ago) and the money is back in my Svenplay account!!!! I checked my email (nothing from them) then I saw notification of your response and I came here to see if the same thing happened to you. I'm going to live chat now to ask what the hell happened.
