ive won some money on this online casino 2 weeks ago, it wouldn’t let me verify myself at first, after a week of waiting they asked me to verify myself which was such a challenge after so many back and forward sending and waiting days for a response I think I am verified but now they are saying I need additional documents but won’t tell me what additional documents I need. I’ve so far sent in bank statements, photo id, selfie photo of myself with my I.d and their website in the background, verification that my card is mine. I’ve been back and forth on the chat about 40 times. I’ve emailed them and now there email addresses don’t exist. This is getting ridiculous.

Seeing such struggles is always depressing. Any requests that the casino makes of the players should be precise and easy to understand. I would like to state without further ado that you made the right decision in filing the complaint. Please be prepared, though, the procedure will take some time to complete as we give the casinos time to process the KYC and process the withdrawal. It is not good that the email address appears to be nonexistent. Might they have social media accounts? It occasionally works.

I assume you have already attempted to ascertain what you must supply, so until someone from the casino clarifies further, I fear we will only be able to speculate. 🙁

I have won some money on this casino and they are making it so difficult to withdraw my winnings. I’m trying to do a complaint as I have been waiting a couple weeks now and nothing. I tried to email both their emails and now they apparently don’t exist. Has anyone used this casino before and can give me some feedback
