Not sure if other players are aware of this or CG is.


The casino wagered -


Is not paying players. They claim an issue witth payment provider and the person who emails you called SIMON tells you to rerequest the withdrawal. I have done this 3 times and everytime it says 'rejected' or 'failed'.


I think they are going out of business.

Hello,

honestly, having issues with third-party payment providers has been the most common problem this year. Interestingly, many casinos decided to cover that "workload" or technical issues, so I'm truly surprised to see a casino being honest about it.

If every casino with this issue had closed, a fair portion of the world would have had nowhere to play this year.

May I know how long you have been trying to withdraw? Usually the casinos provide an alternative payment option like crypto.

Would that be an option for you?

Please don't move my threads. I started this as the casino is exhibiting symptoms of a 'sick casino'.


They have cancelled my withdrawal 4 times in the last week. The person emails you 'Simon' has stopped responding. All the promos on their site have vanished.


They only offer crypto for withdrawals and deposits.


From I can see this happens to casinos at the end of year, I assume due to tax.

However in the last 6 days you have cancelled my withdrawal a further 3 times! Despite 'Simon' your employee talking to me on email and telling me to request via tether ERC20. I have tried this 3 times and each time it has 'rejected' or 'failed' your end. However I have had other transactions no issue.


My most recent withdrawal has AGAIN been rejected by your system.

filefileSee attached how many times they are cancelling the withdrawals? I had one LTC withdrawal well over a month ago, no issue. Then my next one got cancelled and they claimed 'Error with their payment system for crypto, very rarely happens'. Almost a month later, pointless emails from 'Simon' from Wagered telling me to request to USDT ERC20 and they all get cancelled or rejected and he falls silent.

I can see that there have been many issues at this fresh casino, so I hope they fix it as soon as possible, as it is surely not good for them, of course.
