The rep here seems like a casino apologist to me.

The casino is still accepting deposits yet not paying out. This is the very DEFINITION OF A SCAM.

Yet "Romi' the CG rep and affiliate s,ays 'Don't post it all over the forum'. CG SHOULD BE POSTING ALL OVER THE FORUM TO PROTECT PLAYERS!!!! They are qucik enough to blacklist when a casino fudges them on affiliate payments I, imagine.


Casino failed the withdrawal for a 10th time and no contact from them for a week. They are clearly going bust and just accepting deposits.

Hello All - Yes we are having issues with payment. Our colleague has replied to Titi.

None of the withdrawals have been rejected, they've all timed-out, but displays as rejected.

You probably misunderstood the message "do not post all over the forum," actually.

We try to keep our forum nice and neat, and it is never this way if the same posts are posted in various threads, you know. It can get lost; our users may not see it, and that is why it is always better to keep it in one thread. There is really no reason to write about the same thing all over.

Therefore, your comment is absolutely irrelevant, in my opinion. We always aim for fair play and help everyone whenever possible.

I have tried numerous times to withdraw with USDT ERC20 and even sent the wallet address to simon.

I had set two USDT ERC20 wallets up just for this withdrawla. BOTH were 'rejected'.

I sent up a new TRUST wallet with USDT ERC20 yesterday, requested the withdrawal and even emailed SIMON with the wallet address.

AGAIN, not processed.

Thats over 10 times now.

What a shock. I withdrew to USDTERC20 for the 3rd time, sent 'SIMON' the address via email and for the 11th time! It was 'rejected'.


Scammers anyone?

This is exactly why I’m done with casinos that have delays, unclear processes or wagering complications. I don’t want to chase payments or deal with technical excuses after the fact. At this point, I’ll only consider platforms with fast, reliable cashouts and no wagering requirements because anything else just puts the player at unnecessary risk.

For the last month (Since late nov) they have rejected/cancelled my withdrawal 10 times, their chat support is gone and now players cannot deposit.


Do you really think this sounds like a technical difficulty?

I totally get being tired of the wagering stuff. I’m also looking for something better but I haven’t found a perfect solution yet. I’m just checking the terms and payout policies carefully before trying anything new. Hopefully whatever you try works out!
