That's not the way an honest casino should behave, I think, and they certainly shouldn't let a player go a week without an answer when they've told them they'll let them know and write them off. I think they will lose more players this way than they keep.

There was a case where someone was stuck thousands, then they paid her 250$ withdraw. It was probably because they calculated they can juice more out of her in the future.

Quite a negative view, but with your experience I am not so surprised. Anyway, let's not throw in the towel just yet and wait and see if another player doesn't get the money or how the casino handles the whole situation. I hope it will turn out well. I would be honestly happy. 😕
