Personally I would move on from this casino. The verification period seems to be delayed quite often. Mine too is taken 10 working days already. My win was not even large, under 1k and they still started review process with the provider. Yes, this may be, casinos do that but personally I have never experienced this and I have played a lot. Maybe would have understand if this was a large win, jackpot or smth. If so small win is suspicious, I don't get my hopes up with this casino and move on. I play slots only.
