I got an automatic reply on March 14th confirming my request, and an email from my account manager later the same day. After that, nothing.

Sure, so I would definitely register a complaint as well. Our team will take a look at the whole situation and hopefully they can resolve everything positively. 

Are you still trying to contact them somehow or is it no use if they don't write you back? 🤔

Thank you, I've registered a complaint and it is being handled.

I've tried responding on the email thread (as they requested) and I've also tried sending new emails to support, but it's no use. When I first wrote an email on March 14th I got an automatic reply right away, confirming that they had received my request. When I tried sending a new email to support@zeuswin.com there wasn't even an auto reply, and I'm thinking that's not a positive sign.
