Pokušao sam da odgovorim na e-poruci (kao što su tražili) i takođe sam pokušao da pošaljem nove e-poruke podršci, ali nema koristi. Kada sam prvi put napisao e-poštu 14. marta, odmah sam dobio automatski odgovor, koji potvrđuje da su primili moj zahtev. Kada sam pokušao da pošaljem novu e-poštu na nije bilo čak ni automatskog odgovora, i mislim da to nije pozitivan znak.
Thank you, I've registered a complaint and it is being handled.
I've tried responding on the email thread (as they requested) and I've also tried sending new emails to support, but it's no use. When I first wrote an email on March 14th I got an automatic reply right away, confirming that they had received my request. When I tried sending a new email to support@zeuswin.com there wasn't even an auto reply, and I'm thinking that's not a positive sign.
