Hello everyone,

I deposited funds at Sportaza and was a VIP customer there for a long time, receiving weekly cashbacks, etc. For some time now, there has been no cashback, even though they claim it's available in the live chat. Instead of a high three-figure sum, I received around €30. Now I've noticed that they no longer respond to emails, not even my VIP manager (who seems to have disappeared).

Furthermore, I've noticed that the URL/domain has changed (formerly sportaza.com, then sportaza-5XXX.com, now sportaza-7653.com). Additionally, a company from Costa Rica is now listed as the operator of the site. This seems very suspicious to me, and I would like to cancel my recent transactions, as this is certainly a case of fraud or money laundering, and I don't want to be involved.

The last transactions were made via Wise and a VISA card. The merchant was ZENTORIA LIMITED.

Does anyone have experience with Wise and these kinds of chargeback requests? They ask a lot of questions in the app. The transactions are two weeks old.

ich habe bei sportaza eingezahlt und war dort lange VIP Kunde mit wöchentlichen Chashbacks usw. Seit einiger Zeit gibt es kein Cashback mehr, obwohl sie im Live Chat sagen, es gäbe einen. Anstatt einen hohen dreistelligen Betrag, gab es ca 30€. Nun habe ich bemerkt, dass sie nicht mehr auf Emails antworten, auch nicht mein VIP manager (scheint nicht mehr zu existieren).

Zudem habe ich gemerkt, dass sich die URL/Domain geändert hat (früher sportaza.com, dann sportaza-5XXX.com, nun sportaza-7653.com). Ausserdem steht plötzlich eine Firma aus Costa Rica, als betreibende Seite. Mit kommt das sehr merkwürdig vor und ich würde gerne meine letzten Transaktionen stornieren, da es hier sicher um Betrug oder Geldwäsche handelt und ich da nicht mitmachen möchte.

Die letzten Transaktionen wurden über Wise und einer VISA getätigt. Händler war ZENTORIA LIMITED.

Hat jemand Erfahrung mit Wise und solchen Rückforderungen? In der App fragen sie schliesslich sehr viele Fragen. Die Transaktionen sind 2 Wochen alt.
