Iskreno, Monzo nije bio dobar u praćenju stvari. Deluje mi da su pomalo neodlučni kada je u pitanju rešavanje sporova. Za povraćaj sredstava sa Masterkarda, proces bi trebalo da traje oko 45 dana, ali vam to zapravo ne kažu, već samo kažu da može potrajati i do 12 nedelja. Čini se kao da to rade da bi sebi dali dodatno vreme, što otežava razumevanje šta se zapravo dešava. Iskreno, to me navodi na pitanje da li su uopšte pravilno podešeni za rešavanje sporova.
To be honest, Monzo haven’t been great at keeping things on track. They seem a bit all over the place when it comes to handling disputes. For a Mastercard chargeback, the process should take around 45 days, but they don’t really tell you that, instead, they just say it can take up to 12 weeks. It feels like they do that to give themselves extra time, which makes it hard to know what’s really going on. It honestly makes me question whether they’re properly set up to handle disputes at all.
