Natvest je odbio moju žalbu, gde su jednostavno odbili moj povraćaj sredstava (iako su tehnički pomenuli samo jedan od njih u svojim imejlovima o odbijanju).
Tada su rekli da su moji povraćaji sredstava prevarni ili da na to ukazuju, a ja sam jednostavno prestao jer sam bio previše uplašen da bilo šta učinim povodom toga.
U mojoj žalbi su naveli da su trgovci prikrili svoj kod ako nisu koristili 7995, ali da to ne bi mogli da otkriju.
I da sam trebao prvo da podnesem dodatni dokaz da sam kontaktirao prodavce, ali me nikada nisu tražili da to uradim kada sam ih kontaktirao. A sada kažu da, pošto je prošlo više od godinu dana, ne mogu ništa da uradim.
Želeo bih da im odgovorim pre nego što odem u FOS. Trgovci su očigledno prekršili Mastercard kod, zar Natwest nije trebalo da uradi više i da me zatraži za više informacija? Imate li neke predloge?
Natwest has rejected my complaint, where they just rejected my chargeback (although technically they only mentioned one of them in their rejection emails).
Back then they said my chargebacks were fradudelent or indicating it, and I just stopped as I was too scared to do anything about it.
They have in my complaint addressed that the merchants disguised their code if they didnt use 7995, but they wouldnt be able to detect that.
And that I should have submitted further proof of contacting the retailers first, but they never asked me to do this when I contacted them. And they are now saying as it's been over a year, I can't do anything.
I would like to respond to them, before I go to FOS. The merchants have obviously breached the mastercard code, shouldn't have Natwest done more and asked me for more information? Any suggestions here?
