Želeo bih da podnesem žalbu u vezi sa mojim iskustvom sa MrPunter-om i stalnim problemom sa mojim isplatama i verifikacijom naloga.
Trenutno imam približno 4.000 kanadskih dolara koje ne mogu da podignem sa svog računa.
Problem je počeo sa izuzetno dugim vremenom obrade povlačenja i ograničenjem povlačenja od 750 CAD po transakciji, što me je primoralo da podnesem nekoliko zahteva za povlačenje.
Evo vremenske linije događaja:
- 24. avgust 2025: Podnet je prvi zahtev za povlačenje
- 20. septembar 2025: Prva isplata konačno isplaćena posle skoro mesec dana
- 20. septembar 2025: Podnet je drugi zahtev za povlačenje
- 7. oktobar 2025: Druga isplata nakon višestrukih podsećanja
- 8. oktobar 2025: Podnet je treći zahtev za povlačenje
Nakon tog trenutka, moje povlačenje nikada nije obrađeno.
Nekoliko dana kasnije, moj nalog je iznenada stavljen pod istragu i izgubio sam pristup njemu.
Kazino je zatim zatražio dodatne dokumente za verifikaciju. U potpunosti sam sarađivao i dostavio sva tražena dokumenta, uključujući:
- Važeći lični dokument izdat od strane vlade
- Dokaz o adresi (nedavni izvod iz banke)
Međutim:
- Više ne mogu da pristupim svom nalogu, tako da ne mogu da otpremim dokumenta preko njihove stranice za verifikaciju kako je traženo.
- Stoga sam tražena dokumenta poslao direktno imejlom
- Od tada, nisam dobio nikakav odgovor već nekoliko nedelja
Pored toga, primio sam više imejlova u kojima se navodi da su moji zahtevi za povlačenje otkazani, bez ikakvog jasnog objašnjenja.
Kazino me je takođe obavestio da su mi dobici otkazani dok je moj nalog još uvek u fazi verifikacije, što smatram izuzetno zabrinjavajućim.
U ovom trenutku:
- Pristup mom nalogu je i dalje blokiran
- Moje isplate su otkazane
- Moja sredstva ostaju zadržana
- Kazino je prestao da odgovara na moje imejlove
Priložio sam sve relevantne dokaze, uključujući:
- E-mail razgovori sa kazinom
- Imejlovi koji potvrđuju otkazivanje mojih isplata
Ja jednostavno pitam za:
- Završetak verifikacije mog naloga
- Vraćanje pristupa mom nalogu
- Oslobađanje mog preostalog duga

I would like to file a complaint regarding my experience with MrPunter and the ongoing issue with my withdrawals and account verification.
I currently have approximately CAD 4,000 that I am unable to withdraw from my account.
The problem started with extremely long withdrawal processing times and a withdrawal limit of CAD 750 per transaction, which forced me to submit several withdrawal requests.
Here is the timeline of events:
- August 24, 2025: First withdrawal request submitted
- September 20, 2025: First withdrawal finally paid after almost one month
- September 20, 2025: Second withdrawal request submitted
- October 7, 2025: Second withdrawal paid after multiple reminders
- October 8, 2025: Third withdrawal request submitted
After that point, my withdrawal was never processed.
A few days later, my account was suddenly placed under investigation, and I lost access to it.
The casino then requested additional verification documents. I fully cooperated and provided all requested documents, including:
- A valid government-issued ID
- A proof of address (recent bank statement)
However:
- I cannot access my account anymore, so I am unable to upload documents through their verification page as requested
- I therefore sent the requested documents directly by email
- Since then, I have not received any response for several weeks
In addition, I have received multiple emails stating that my withdrawal requests were cancelled, without any clear explanation.
The casino also informed me that my winnings were cancelled while my account is still under verification, which I find extremely concerning.
At this point:
- My account access remains blocked
- My withdrawals have been cancelled
- My funds remain withheld
- The casino has stopped responding to my emails
I have attached all relevant evidence, including:
- Email conversations with the casino
- The emails confirming the cancellation of my withdrawals
I am simply asking for:
- Completion of my account verification
- Restoration of access to my account
- The release of my remaining balance
