Problem sa računom i depozitom: Da, deponovao sam 20 USDT na moj novoregistrovani nalog na Stake.com 8. aprila 2025. (u dva dela od po 10 USDT). Deponovao sam sredstva i u roku od 5-10 minuta uspeo sam da deponujem kripto i nisam mogao da igram nijednu igru. Posle otprilike pola sata, moj nalog je stavljen u režim samo za povlačenje. Podrška mi je rekla da sam uradio nešto pogrešno, ali nisam igrao nijednu igru niti dao bilo kakvu opkladu, a moj nalog je još uvek star samo 30 minuta. Kako sam mogao da prekršim njihovu politiku ako još nisam ni počeo da koristim platformu?

Issue with Account and Deposit: Yes, I deposited 20 USDT into my newly registered account on Stake.com on 8th April 2025 (in two parts of 10 USDT each). I deposited the funds, and within 5-10 minutes, I was able to deposit the crypto and was not able to play any games. After about half an hour, my account was placed in withdrawal-only mode. I was told by support that I did something wrong, but I haven’t played any games or made any wagers, and my account was still only 30 minutes old. How could I have violated their policies if I haven’t even started using the platform yet?
Verification Documents: I have submitted the necessary documents for KYC verification, but unfortunately, the process has not been completed yet. The documents I submitted are:
Aadhar card (for identity verification)
Bank statement (for proof of address)
I submitted these documents on [8 march 2025], but I have not received any updates or responses from Stake regarding my verification.
Discrepancy with Other Cases: In some cases I’ve read about, users have been able to play games and withdraw their funds while their KYC verification was still under review.
