Poslali su vam ponovo e-poštu nedelju dana kasnije da vidite ažuriranje i ništa, ako tražite podršku, oni samo kažu da nemaju pristup i čekaju duže. Naravno, dostupni su 24 sata dnevno, ali bankarsko odeljenje ne može da odgovori posle nedelja?! Hmmm
Played a $100 free chip they sent me, completed the playthrough with $150 left and was told by support my max cash out would be $100 which sounded totally fine to me. Except I have emailed the documents they asked for and never heard back. Emailed again a week later to see about an update and nothing, if you ask support they just say they don’t have access and wait longer. Of course they are 24/7 available but banking department cant answer after weeks?! Hmmm
