Nakon prikupljanja svih potrebnih podataka ovu žalbu zatvaramo kao neopravdanu. Iako je kazino prestao da odgovara na moja pitanja i nije mi dostavio dodatne podatke, kao što je pomenuto, dobio sam dovoljno dokaza koji potkrepljuju činjenicu da ste otvorili 2 naloga u ovom kazinu, što ste vi negirali. Štaviše, bilo je samo 3 sata između registracija. Bilo bi razumljivo da je prvi nalog registrovan mnogo duže, ali u tako kratkom vremenskom intervalu između njih nemoguće je zaboraviti na drugi registrovani nalog.
Žao nam je, nismo bili u mogućnosti da vam pomognemo sa ovim, ali molimo vas da nas kontaktirate ubuduće ako naiđete na bilo kakve probleme sa ovim ili bilo kojim drugim kazinom. Tu smo da pomognemo.

Although the casino stopped responding to my questions and failed to provide me with the additional data, as was mentioned, I was provided with sufficient evidence supporting the fact that you created 2 accounts in this casino, which you denied. Moreover, there were only 3 hours between the registrations. It would be understandable if the first account was registered much longer, but in such a short time span between them, it is impossible to forget about another registered account.
