Moram da stupim u kontakt sa timom za račune, i da lično potvrdim svoj dokaz adrese, ne znam šta još da vam pošaljem da dokažem da živim na ************ ***** ALBERTA KANADA *******. Moj bankovni izvod koji je poslao Id odražava to, isto kao i moju polisu osiguranja automobila. Bio sam u kontaktu sa Daneom i zvučao je veoma beskorisno za moj slučaj. Priznajem da sam opsovao, ali zbog činjenice da sam toliko iznerviran i frustriran da mi stalno govori da se moja adresa ne poklapa od prvog dana, u stvari, više puta sam slao izvod iz banke i polisu osiguranja putem e-pošte sa istim adresa. Moja vozačka dozvola također je odražavala moju adresu kao gore navedenu adresu.
Šaljem ovaj e-mail, zbog činjenice da mi se ovo prvi put dogodilo. Imam gomilu naloga na mreži i nastavljam da podržavam sve veb lokacije koje mogu da igram, ali ovo je najgore iskustvo koje sam ikada imao. Nadam se da ćete ovo riješiti što je prije moguće. Ovo pitanje je u toku od 21. juna 2022. Dylan i ja smo razmijenili neke razgovore kako bismo ovo službeno poslali timu za račune i rekli mi šta se tačno događa? Ako ne, moram pokrenuti ovo pitanje pred vođom tima i to je u skladu s vašim pravilima za žalbe i sporove.

I need to get in touch with the accounts team, and verify my proof of address myself, I do not know what else I can send to you guys to prove that I am living on ***************** ALBERTA CANADA *******. My bank statement that Id sent reflected that, same with my car insurance policy. I have been in touch with Dane and he sounded very unhelpful for my case. I admit I swore but due to the fact that I am so annoyed and frustrated that he keeps on telling me that my address was mismatched since day 1,, In fact I had send multiple times my bank statement and insurance policy thru email with the same address. My Drivers License also reflected my address as the above mentioned address.
I am sending this Email, due to the fact that this is the first time that had happened to me. I have bunch of accounts online, and I keep on supporting every websites that I can play, but this is the worst experience that I ever had. I hope you guys can sort this out as soon as possible. This issue has been ongoing since June 21, 2022. Dylan and I exchanged some conversation to formally send this to the accounts team and tell me exactly what is going on? If not, I have to raise this issue to the team leader and that is according to your complaints and disputes rules.
