I use to play on this site a lot, but they are stealing my rakeback. I literally got a $1000 bonus credit for playing so much, no strings attach. It took me a while to realize they were taking my rakeback to recoup their $1000 that they gave me for playing so much. Now I find out they don't have a gaming license. So, they stole $811 of my rake back.

So, I've been with them for about 5 years. They gave me a free bonus of $1000 no strings attached since I was raking in the money for them with rakeback. I ended up taking a break from poker then came back and since I haven't received my rakeback. They owe me around $800 in rakeback which I cannot get them to own up to. Also, I was told this by a sports betting agent this "We is fully licensed by the Government of Costa Rica to accept wagers over the Internet and phone".

Is there a Costa Rica Gaming License?

No, there is not. While people refer to a Costa Rica gaming license, it doesn’t exist and there are no laws or regulations for online gambling in Costa Rica. Just to be clear, the Costa Rica gambling license does not exist and the operations of Costa Rica-based online gambling sites are not licensed, regulated, or supervised in any way. Even those in possession of the "Data processing license", are still not regulated.

I had a voided bet issue and they're also refusing to pay that too.

Would it be possible to forward your betting and bonus history? Please keep in mind that it is completely up to the casino whether they give you a bonus or not as they are not obligate to. Unless they took away your winnings from already ongoing bonus, there is nothing we or anybody else could do.

That's what I did with above messages. They cannot refuse to pay me my rakeback since that's on my account.
