Hvala vam još jednom na brzom odgovoru.
Otvorio sam svoj nalog kod Betinferna tačno 22. maja, deponovao sam 100 € i onda nakon što sam odigrao to poslao sam e-mail (kao što se vidi iznad) za zatvaranje naloga/samoisključivanje zbog zavisnosti od kockanja. Poslao sam e-poštu prema uslovima i odredbama:
Opcija 2: Samoisključenje na najmanje šest meseci.
Da bi podesili bilo koju od ovih opcija na Bet Inferno, igrači treba da e-poruče timu za podršku igrača na support@betinferno.com sa registrovane adrese e-pošte na njihovom nalogu ili razgovarajte sa našim timom u ćaskanju uživo.
Ipak sam tražio trajno samoisključivanje.
U ovom trenutku i trenutku više nemam pristup tom nalogu.
Nalog je ostao otvoren i odgovor koji sam dobio od podrške je bio „ne možemo da se bavimo svakom poštom i svakim kontaktom igrača", kao što ponovo možete videti na snimku ekrana priloženog razgovora koji sam imao sa njihovom podrškom.
Veoma mi je obeshrabrujuće što sam poštovao njihove uslove i odredbe u skladu sa slovom zakona i daju taj odgovor posebno sa nekim ko je zavisnik od kockanja.
Ponovo sam kontaktirao njihovu podršku za ćaskanje uživo u vezi sa ažuriranjem pre otprilike sat vremena, ali nisam dobio nikakav odgovor ili ažuriranje od njih.

Thank you for the quick response again.
I opened my account with Betinferno on the 22nd of May correct, I deposited €100 and then after playing through that I sent an email (as seen above) for an account closure/Self Exclusion due to a gambling addiction. I emailed as per the terms and conditions state:
Option 2: Self-exclusion for a minimum of six months.
To set up either of these options at Bet Inferno, players should email the player support team at support@betinferno.com from the registered email address on their account or talk to our team on live chat.
I looked for a permanent self exclusion though.
At this moment and time I don't have access to that account anymore.
The account remained open and the response I received from support was "we can't deal with every mail and every contact from players" as again you can see from the screenshot attached of the conversation I had with their support.
I find that very disheartening that I followed their terms and conditions to the letter of the law and they give that answer especially with someone who has a gambling addiction.
I contacted their live chat support again about an update roughly about an hour ago but haven't received any response or update from them.
