BetComets Casino - Nalog igrača je blokiran nakon uspešne verifikacije ID-a.

I deposited like 27$ in there casino and wagered like 100+$ and when i was going to withdraw they asked for ID verification and i did it too and it was also accepted by the support i am attaching a screenshot which is showing they accepted it. After the acception i withdraw my funds but after sometime they blocked my account saying that i am using VPN and multiple accounts on it. Who uses VPN on gamble site. No one. They just scammed me and stolen my money. And my account is also blocked so i cant log-in into it to contact support. My last hope is casino guru to get my money back to me

Could you please advise when did you register into the casino? When did your account got verified? Did you use any kind of bonus in the casino? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about? Did they provide any evidence of VPN usage or account multiplicity.

1. I regitered on 17 december 2023

2. My verification was also approved on 17 december 2023

3. I didnot used any bonus on betcomets site

4. I spoked to the customer support last time on 17 december 2023 and i spoked about random FAQ on site because i was new at that time

5. They didnot given me any evidence of any VPN usage or using multiple accounts on site and after that they blocked my account without any reply to me.

can u help me to recover back my money as I was banned for no reason .
