Podrška mi uvek govori isto: povlačenje traje 3-5 dana. Ali iskreno, ne razumem zašto to kažu – samo treba da kažu da je potrebno nekoliko meseci i to je to. Tada bih bar znao gde sam i ne bih uopšte igrao tamo. Igrao sam tamo jer sam mislio da ću na vreme dobiti svoj novac. Ali sada se povlačenje još uvek obrađuje i jednostavno ne mogu da razumem zašto bi trebalo toliko dugo. Svaki normalan kazino traje najviše tri dana, ali ovde se odugovlači zauvek.

Čitao/la sam da su neki ljudi imali problema sa isplatama, koje su trajale nekoliko dana ili čak nedelja. Moje iskustvo je da kada uplatite i izgubite novac, nekoliko isplata koje napravite bivaju odobrene u roku od najviše 2-3 dana, ali kada zaradite novac, to traje veoma dugo.


Razgovarao sam 300 puta putem ćaskanja ili imejla, i imam tri čekajuća povlačenja od 500 evra koja nisu odobrena već 11 dana. Ne daju mi rok za plaćanje, niti mi dozvoljavaju da povećam iznos povlačenja.

This sounds like a cash flow issue, the worst I have ever seen was about 12 business days, who knows, everything can happen. It looks like they want to pay you, they are not saying duplicate accounts, fraud and such. I would remain relaxed.
