Ranije sam igrao u Gododds kazinu što je bilo sjajno iskustvo. Zatim sam tražio da se moj nalog zabrani jer sam želeo da uzmem malo vremena. (kasnije mi je rečeno da postoji alatka za samoisključivanje koju nisam video)
Posle nekoliko meseci, odlučio sam da bih ponovo želeo da se kockam (uglavnom na konjima). Nisam obožavatelj velikih korporativnih sajtova u Velikoj Britaniji, što sam bio, sviđao mi se Gododds.
Zatim sam nastavio da koristim Hustles Casino što je opet bilo neverovatno. Deponovao je preko 1000 funti i uložio većinu. Tada sam na svom računu imao oko 1050 funti koje sam želeo da podignem. Trkački sastanci na koje sam želeo da se kladim su se završili i želeo sam da podignem svoj novac.
Prošao sam kroz uobičajene provere i rečeno mi je da su Gododds i Hustle Casino deo iste kompanije i tražio sam da se moj Gododds nalog zabrani, a sada su mi zabranili Hustles nalog i neću dobiti povraćaj mojih 1050 funti balans.
Nisam znao da su to povezani entiteti – tek treba da dobijem odgovor od Hustles kazina, tako da želim da dobijem svoj novac.
Znam da sam tehnički prekršio pravila, ali sam sam uveo zabranu za koju verujem da bi mogla da se ukine?
I previously played on Gododds casino which was a great experience. I then asked for my account to be banned as I wanted to take some time out. (was later told there is a self exclusion tool which I didn't see)
After some months out I decided I would like to start gambling again (mainly on horses). I'm not a fan of the big corporate UK sites which I was I liked Gododds.
I then went on to use Hustles Casino which again, was amazing. Deposited over £1000 and wagered most of it. I then had around £1050 in my account which I wanted to withdraw. The race meetings I wanted to bet on had finished and I wanted to withdraw my money.
I went through the usual checks and was told that Gododds and Hustle Casino are part of the same company and I had asked for my Gododds account to be banned and now they have banned my Hustles account and I will not receive the refund of my £1050 balance.
I did not know that these were connected entities - I'm yet to receive a response back from Hustles Casino so I am wishing that I receive my money.
I know I technically broke the rules but I imposed the ban myself which I believe could be lifted?
