Igrao sam blekdžek i ekran mi se potpuno zamrznuo, video sam karte koje sam dobio, ali uopšte nisam imao priliku da igram jer se ekran potpuno zamrznuo. Kada je ruka završila, ekran se ponovo uključio i video sam da sam izgubio. Kontaktirao sam korisničku podršku i poslao snimke ekrana koji jasno pokazuju problem, ali njihova tehnika nije videla ništa loše i odbija da vrati novac. Šta misliš gde treba da se obratim? Ovde se zaista ne radi o novcu, već o drugima u istoj poziciji. Plaši vas kada pomislite koliko drugih prolazi kroz istu stvar i gubi novac na takve načine. Gde da se obratim?

I would say the best shot is to contact its game provider. For that, I recommend acquiring your full game history, because it should be the main argument something went wrong during the aforementioned session.

The alternative would be to contact the license provider, though, it may be easier to start with the game provider first.

If I may add my point of view, I think that a good relationship with the customer is worth a few bucks, so it makes sense to be generous even if their tech guys have not found an error. One simple gesture would have solved this situation far better, I say.
