Želim podijeliti svoju žalbu s vama kako vam se to ne bi dogodilo poput mene ... U Wanabetu zbog jednostavne činjenice da 17. augusta niste položili depozit, nisu mi naplatili bonus od 25%, što je njihov trik, da su u objavi promocije to stavili tako malo da se to jedva vidi, pritisnuo sam dugme za aktiviranje promocije i nisu mi naplatili dodatnih 25% ... Ja sam to zatražio putem chata, a oni su rekli su mi da se ne brinem, jer se to dogodilo većem broju korisnika i sljedećeg dana će mi to naplatiti na račun, ali im je trebalo odobrenje odjela za promocije, odnosno varali su me jer nema odjeljenja za promocije.
Sve to i danas sam zatražio bonus, za koji mislim da ne bi trebao prelaziti 10 €, a oni imaju tešku činjenicu da slučaj analizira odjel za promocije.

Mi queja la quiero compartir con vosotros para que no os ocurra como a mi... En Wanabet por el simple hecho de no poner poner Agosto17 a la de realizar el depósito, no me cargaron el 25% de bono, cual es su artimaña, que en la publicación de la promoción te lo ponen tan pequeño que prácticamente ni se ve, le di al botón de activar promoción y no me cargaron el 25% extra... Lo reclamé a través del chat y me dijeron que no me preocupara, ya que les había ocurrido a más usuarios y al día siguiente me lo cargarían en mi cuenta, pero que necesitaban la autorización del departamento de promociones, o sea, que me estaban engañando porque no existen departamentos de promociones.
Todo y eso hoy he reclamado el bono, que creo que no debe superar los 10€ y tienen la cara dura que el caso está siendo analizado por el departamento de promociones.
