Hello dear users, I deposited 25 euros with CashtoCode at Windetta.co on 17.06.23, unfortunately the 25 euros were then gone. But I had a bonus and have wagered this and had 480 euros as a withdrawal request, I paid out via bank transfer and it said that the money was succesfull payout.
Ive wait for 6 days, because it was weekend on 17.06.23 (Saturday) and think usually ,that there arent making Withdrawals. On friday the 23.06.23 ive wanted to log in and there it says, ive disabled to log in because of gambling issues. But i dont no where i have self excluded or other things, ive contact the live support from windetta, the live support have said, send an email to customer support, ive send 5 mails and wait for an answer till today, it says the customer service has a lot to do, but everyday? Are there so many people that contact the support everyday? Ive chat 5 times with the live chat, it says 5 times the support will contact you, what happened when i have before this issue have more money spend to deposit there? Then iam able to play and log in? the casinogroup is alimaniere-sociedad-de-responsabilidad-limitada and have the following Casinos, so beware: Cosmic, Casiwave, I Wild Casino, Spinsbro, Stelario, Winstoria. Iam able to log in all the other casinos and are able to spend money to Deposit, what happened when i win Money in this other Casinos? f the casino group takes player protection seriously, which it does not, i would also have to be banned from the group's partner casinos, which is not the case. so beware for this Casinos, they find a reason that you cant cashout your money, thats very frustrated, I also asked customer service at support@windetta.com if they could at least pay me the 25 euros Ive deposit, but they didn't give me any answer till today......
