Zdravo dragi korisnici, položio sam 25 evra sa CashtoCode na Vindetta.co 17.06.23, nažalost 25 evra je tada nestalo. Ali imao sam bonus i uložio sam ovo i imao sam 480 evra kao zahtev za povlačenje, platio sam bankovnim transferom i pisalo je da je novac uspešno isplaćen.
Čekam 6 dana, jer je bio vikend 17.06.23 (subota) i obično mislim da nema povlačenja. U petak 23.06.23 sam hteo da se prijavim i tamo piše, onemogućio sam da se prijavim zbog problema sa kockanjem. Ive wait for 6 days, because it was weekend on 17.06.23 (Saturday) and think usually ,that there arent making Withdrawals. On friday the 23.06.23 ive wanted to log in and there it says, ive disabled to log in because of gambling issues. But i dont no where i have self excluded or other things, ive contact the live support from windetta, the live support have said, send an email to customer support, ive send 5 mails and wait for an answer till today, it says the customer service has a lot to do, but everyday? Are there so many people that contact the support everyday? Ive chat 5 times with the live chat, it says 5 times the support will contact you, what happened when i have before this issue have more money spend to deposit there?
