We have never said he can't withdrawal his funds, we have explained via email that there is withdrawal limits in place.

He has received many replies to his numerous emails and we will continue to reply to his emails.

We don't appreciate comments being spammed across this forum after you have received email responses.

You are welcome to request a withdrawal and it will be processed and paid as soon as possible.

Yes I understand and I didn't come across that the player will not receive money. I was just trying to better understand the timeframe in which the player can ask for a withdrawal again. 

However, since I see that it is possible to do so based on this answer, I think it could all turn out well.

The way they have responded to me is by them saying to me that they suggest to me to use crypto as a currency for my account, so what they are saying is I withdrew on 19.12.2023 2500 at 7:30 pm, and than I done another 1700 on Wednesday on 20.12.2023 at 5:55am, and this week I done it on Wednesday, trying to tell me that next available date to perform the withdrawal, will be 30th UTc. So that means it will be 30th December here in Australia which is 11 days after 19th which is actually the first date barber. So they didn’t resolve anything last email they sent to me was them telling me as YOU CAN SEE THAT I WONT BE ABLE TO MAKE ANY TRANSACTIONS UNTIL 30!!! So I than went ahead yesterday at 7:30 pm and placed request for same 2 payments I done for a week earlier, FULL 7 days in between each other.


I AM NOT SPREADING MISSLEADING INFORMATION, THATS what you are doing, telling me one thing over email, than on this site act all nice and be polite, so since yesterday Thursday about 5 pm and last week I have recieved the funds in my bank account by Thursday 2pm buddy. And that’s in literally 12 hours from now on, and my payment hasent been made. So what am I supposed to do?

as you can see in the photo this is the last email I have from them which is them going around saying I am spreading lies and that you guys don’t appreaciate lies, I been lied to for a whole 24 hours for no reason trying to make me loose my winnings on purpose, last week at this time my payments we’re both processed and paid out and I had the money inside my bank account on 21st December 2023 and you gonna have all this recorded.

DO THEN THEY CANCELED THE WHOLE WITHDRAWAL FROM YESTERDAY, credited money back to my playing account to make me keep playing and loose as I have made 10k from 180 deposite. This is absolutely unacceptable experience especially to someone that has regularly weekly for past year and bit worked their buts off. And now that I have nice win they try to scam me out of winnings.


by what ever margin you want to measure my success and I have made it somewhere somehow but I am glad this happened now resther than once I have built my community for them to witness this.


they said please request a withdrawal and it will be processed ASAP , it’s Thursday 2:19 am and last week at this time in 10hours from now I got paid , this week my requests are still unprocessed at this time I can cancelled them. THIS IS THEM TRYING TO TELL ME THAT I CAN WITHDRAW AND IT WILL BE PROCESSED ASAP now it’s been over midnight and it’s 2:24 am on Thursday. And as yous can see on my account my payments haven’t even been processed by them yet. So they are doing everything they can not to pay me money, you can see on photos my bank account and that I received 4200 on 21st of December 2023, which even if we go by what they are trying to say, is 28th is 7 days, no matter where in world you live, so if I performed a withdraw for 2500 last week at 7:19 pm and did same thing week later on same day but at 9:20 pm.

I understand that if the casino tells you that you can withdraw without any problems as it was yesterday and nothing has happened with the withdrawal so far, it will frighten the player. But is the withdrawal still at the same stage ? Nothing has changed ? I thought if the casino said you could withdraw, everything would be processed. Can you let me know where you stand now?

Theres been zero issues for Jovan, he’s just melodramatic as usual (we are used to him) constantly complains about being a extremely large streamer not getting deals with Viper Spin but has a max viewing capacity of 2 people.

the process has moved a step and yesterday after me having to beg them to process my withdrawal once i saw someone from Viper spin writting on here that I am able to make withdrawals I had to wait for wednesday 10:30 am for them to process my payment telling me i am lucky as hey are doing it once off for me, this is such an roberry when the casino can get to make the rules and change the way they pay people out.


and as of for the reply by them I did ask for sponsorship and I just started streaming 2 months ago and 2 viewers max per stream is again another lie by them, have I asked for sponsorship and what it takes to become affiliate YES i did but thats because i saw that i can get people attention and also since i am from australia and online gaming is kinda ass here me finiding the right casino for australian people is a very big plus for Viper.spin. This needs to be correct, as do all documents and information. Our team has fixed it for you and has approved your withdrawal. Accounting rejected your withdrawal as your information as usual is wrong… having to be edited yet again.

Brother I have performed a withdrawal 7 days ago with absolutely same settings, and no issues they are not good casino to play on and its alll lies and excuses not to get you paid out, now I have to cancel seeing my daughter until next week wednesday as its friday now and its public holidays on monday.
