Već neko vreme igram na ViperSpin-u. Nedavno sam napustio sajt jer sam imao problema sa isplatom i mnogo lažnih obećanja od osoblja/podrške koja nikada nisu ispunjena.
Pre nekoliko meseci, dobio sam imejl od dela novog vlasništva/menadžmenta od tipa po imenu Mario. Nekoliko puta sam imao isplate koje sam zahtevao, a koje nisu bile obrađene u roku od 24 sata, a kamoli 4-5 dana kasnije, a kao igrač, one su otkazane, a zatim ponovo izgubljene u kazinima. Što vi kao igrač pretpostavljate da je vaša krivica što niste sačekali da se obrade.
Onda sam ponovo dobio posle nekog vremena i sada pokušavam da obradim isplate. Imajte na umu 200.000 dolara. Prošle su 3 nedelje otkako sam ovo zahtevao, svaki dan sam slao imejl podršci bez odgovora, a preko ćaskanja uživo „ne mogu da pomognem" kažem da moram da pošaljem imejl podršci. Znam da se moji imejlovi vide jer sam poslao još jedan imejl sa sekundarnog imejl naloga na koji je odgovoreno za 3 minuta, a kada sam rekao ko sam, zaćutali su i ponovo odbili da odgovore, izgleda namerno.

Brzo uzimaju vaš novac i reklamiraju sankcionisani kazino sa vremenom za isplatu od 24 sata, ali kada jednom zatražite isplatu, odbijaju da odgovore nedeljama u nadi da će igrači otkazati isplatu i ponovo ga izgubiti u kazinu.

Povlačenja su i dalje tamo neobrađena u ovom trenutku, 3 nedelje kasnije, nema odgovora niti ažuriranja.

I have been playing on ViperSpin for a while. Not long ago I left the site as I was having issues with withdrawing, and lots of false promises from the staff/ support never being honoured.
Several months ago, I received an email from part of the new ownership/ management from a guy named Mario. The emailed explained that they were not happy with how I was treated previously as a high limit player and if I returned the requests/withdrawal limits would be met and that customer service had improved and things have changed.
After 3 months and hundreds of thousands of dollars in deposits, I now know this to not be the case. Several times I had cashouts I requested which were not processed within 24-hours let alone 4-5 days later and as a player, these were cancelled and then lost once again on the casinos. Which you assume as a player is your fault for not waiting till they’re processed.
I then once again had a win after a while and now am trying to process the withdrawals. $200,000 mind you. It has now been 3 weeks since I requested this, I have sent an email everyday to support with no response and live chat "can’t help" and say I need to email support. I know my emails are being seen as I sent an another email of a secondary email account which was responded to in 3 minutes and once I said who i was they went silent and once again refused to respond seemingly on purpose.
PLAYERS NEED TO KNOW THAT YOUR MONEY ISNT SAFE ON VIPERSPIN.
They are quick to take your money, and advertise a sanctioned casino with a 24 hour withdrawal time, but once you request withdrawals, they refuse to respond for weeks at a time in hope players cancel the cashouts, and lose it once again through the casino.
IT IS IN MY OPINION THIS IS A SCAM
I recommend only playing on sites that have instant withdrawals, and don’t reply on additional teams to process and determine when or even if you will get your winnings.
I have all the emails, live chat responses, screen site recordings etc which will follow shortly on here if I don’t soon get a response.
The withdrawals are still sitting there unprocessed at this time, 3 weeks later, no response and no update.
