Želim vam divno veče sa baltičke obale... Nekako mi ovo sve zvuči poznato, još uvek imam preko 1000€ na satu u 1Red... Potpuno isti izgovori!!! Čak se ne navodi ni razlog zašto slike i dokumenti nisu prošli navodnu verifikaciju... Samo je čudno što sam sada uspeo da se verifikujem u 2 druge hale za igre upravo sa ovim slikama...

Pokušao sam da verifikujem svoj nalog tamo samo kada sam hteo da povučem... Bilo je najmanje 2 nedelje između mog depozita i prvog pokušaja podizanja... Onda sam zatražio pomoć od podrške... Ali jedini odgovor koji sam dobio je bio da treba da učitam još dokumenata i da bi obrada trajala oko sat vremena... Nekoliko puta sam brisao sve dokumente i ponovo ih postavljao... Lična karta napred/pozadi, vozačka dozvola napred/pozadi, 4 ili 5 različitih računa i bankovni izvod na kome se vidi depozit... Prošlo je mnogo godina... Ali trenutno stanje se još uvek obrađuje (mislim da je sat stao gde se čita 1 sat)... Po mom mišljenju i podrška je napravljena od botova...

Too bad it has to be this way. The site itself looks promising and actually offers everything I am looking for. Unfortunately, because of the way they treat customers and not paying out credits, I do not recommend anyone to play here. I have been around for a while and am well aware of possible reasons why 1Red would not pay out, this is not an issue for me. This is simply an amount honestly won with my own money and it does not suit them to treat me in this way.

The messages I have gotten differ from being forwarded to the senior manager, additional security checks, additional review due substantial amount, and a whole variety of reasons but I’m none the wiser unfortunately after more then 2 weeks and 70+ emails back and forth.


Also, no past withdrawals done by me.

Your frustration is really understandable here, but hopefully your complaint will move forward soon and we'll find out what is really going on.

Have you checked if the documents you provided were in the right format and quality, though? This is often a reason why the casino doesn't accept them, to tell you the truth.

Long story short, they aknowledge their failures and notice that no breach or mistake was done on my end of their policy.


Maintaining a bit skeptical after about 100 e-mails back and forth with them…

Hello, we give casinos 14 days as you may have seen from the complaint. Of course, have you been in contact with the casino or have they not said anything to you about the week's wait so far? Have you had a successful withdrawal here before or is this the first time?

I have a problem with this casino,I had a win of 33 thousands euro,I deposited raw money and I never used bonuses,my account was fully verified with all requested documents and I was able to widrawal 5000 euro ,short after this when I wanted to widrawal second time the casino blocked my account and confiscated my remaining funds without a clear explanation or proofs that I did something wrong.

They refuse any communication with h me on all they're channels.

Hey, that's uncomfortable. In this case, I probably wouldn't wait at all and file a complaint because it shouldn't happen. Especially when you've been paid money and then had your account blocked for no reason. That's not very logical. 

So have you thought about this possibility?

Unfortunately I can't post any complain here ,I always get an error,for 2 weeks I'm trying and no success .

Yes, all my withdrawal requests are processed within 6-12 hours, so from my side no issues. Not that I deposit and win huge amounts of money but still.

Interesting because they approved 5000 euro widrawal from my 33 k balance and quickly after they blocked my account with approximately 27 thousands euro left without any real explanations or proofs against me.

So now nobody answers anymore from the casino.

For more than 2 weeks nobody helps me with the issue.

That is very strange. To me it seems a good casino that just pay the funds. But as I mentioned, I only got paid small wins, nothing to compare with your win. So I definitely will not deposit a lot and win maybe a lot and risk that they dont pay me like you experience. And I hope you will get your money back and that your complaint will have effect.

I tell you from my own experience,they have the power to block you're account at any time .
