Pritisnuo me je link strimer koji pratim, napravio sam nalog, napravio depozit od 25 evra, izabrao sam 100% bonus i nikada mi nisu kreditirali. Kontaktirao sam čet i pisali su mi da je to odluka administratora. Znači da nisam mogao da ih povučem, jer sam morao, jednom sam ih založio i nisam uspeo, izgubio sam ih. Kako to da sam prekršio pravilo kada sam upravo otvorio račun u kazinu, a ne znam. Njihov razgovor mi nije rekao koje sam pravilo prekršio. Samo tragične stvari. To znači da neće biti odgovora, samo ne dozvolite da neko drugi poput mene gazi na njega.

My bad English about pressure.there were no pressure.I can’t understand which term I broke.I know exactly what is going on Radka.I have made once a casino account to a casino ,I won 1800 euro by put they refused to give me,Peter helped me a lo to my complaint.they said that broke the rules and they can’t pay.Peter said that I didn’t broke a rule at all.the casino after six months from nowhere they decided that I was right and finally paid me.but they put me blacklisted to most casino’s.I mean sister casino’s or after I see that they have common lists and I am blacklisted doing nothing from most casino with my email.Amunra casino did the same and many I can’t login with my email saying that I am blacklisted due to addictive.what can I do.my current email is attached to my skrill account.if I fix another email and detach it to my skrill account,and go to those casino and must pay me,is this legal or not?

I would personally say you've been blacklisted because you fought for your winnings, and casinos are not extra fond of "problematic players". The same happens to players who initiated chargebacks, for instance 🙁.

Such blacklists officially don't exist, of course.

But to be complex, have you ever self-excluded before due to gambling addiction?

I can't say that I am addicted due to measuring winnings and loses I am am break even+/-.i play only money I can afford and very small bets that's why casino hurt.when I deposit 20 euro and wagering and withdraw 1800 ,I believe that I am blacklisted.the thing is why the casino paid after 6 months and keep me blacklisted and haven't the opportunity to play back get in time some of their money.i will survive lol ,they lose I keep my money.thanks for the good work as casinoguru

Just in case I didn't make myself clear about the self-exclusion, I would not dare to ask you whether you think you might be addicted or not. 🙂 Instead, I was wondering, if you ever closed any casino account by saying you're dealing with gambling issues.

It's not super important, it was just an idea that might explain you being "blacklisted".

I haven’t closes any casino to restrict something that until now honestly I can control.I am blacklisted because I agree with you when you answered me that they don’t want player that fight for their winnings.I fought many times to to identify my accounts at many casinos, just to get 80-100 euro winnings.I waited one month or two and then they paid.Other player i my situation maybe they say let’s play those small amounts.

hello Admins .

I have been strugulling to withdral from Bankonbet since 03/03/2024 , they cancelled twice the bank transfer and now the didn't pay me out and they didn't give back the money in the balance like the 2 previous time.

the reason of the cancellation both times was an error from their payment provider as they pretend and they never reply to my emails and their customer service chat is useless.

what can i do please ?

Anyway, the casino just told you that they had a problem with the payment provider and nothing since ? Now do you have any withdrawal in the casino entered or not ? Have you already verified your account with the casino ?

Thx for your prompt reply.

On the 03/03 I made the first withdrawal, after few days they cancelled and gave it back in the account. On the 11/03 I made same attempt of withdrawal for the same amount as I never played since the first one so they did the same and cancelled it for the same reason: error from the payment provider side.

On the 19/03 I made the third attempt, 3days later it did disappear from the account (usually it show pending) and since then keep advising me to wait longer in their live chat they never replied to any emails.

I asked if they need a verification they said it's not required now.

By the way it's a big amount iam just frustrated because they keep scamming ppl every day.

I will keep you updated.

Thanks for clarifying the situation. If it was a high amount, I think the casino is also making some investigaion, but if it's been going on for over a month, that would be too much for me. 

That's why I recommended to file a complaint in my previous reply and our team would try to help you. 

Do you think you will go ahead and try it or will you wait for a while ? I don't think there's much to wait for, since the casino doesn't update you and you don't have any new information. Anyway, I don't want to push you into anything. So let me know if you decide to take that step. 🙂
