Hello, ive been playing on bet1000 for a while. I recentlt got my first winnings worth of withdrawing. Everything has been smooth until this situation. First i uploaded my documents thruw site (drivers license and a bank statement as a proof of adress). My withdrawal was canceled by the casino and they asked selfie with id and selfie with "hello bet1000, date, email". Again my wd was canceled and they said selfie id didnt pass so i did another one with passport which is more recently. Then cs said your account is good you can put up a wd again. Then 60 hours later they canceled it again with no reason given to me (needs additional verificarion can be seen on the payment history)Im currently sitting on a chat and waiting for respond. Im very sad as i love the site and games but its worth nothing if you dont get your monies in case of winning.

When are you going to fix my problem. A casino that doesn't pay out winnings is doomed to bankruptcy. You make up ways NOT to PAY with fabricated accusations of duplicate accounts, and when I asked for evidence you refused, explaining that you would give it to third parties. Casino replied that it was a error and i should just request a withdrawal again and they will process it ASAP. I will update once I receive my withdrawal

Bet1000 has now succesfully uploaded my funds to skrill. I believe it was just an error and further withdrawals will be payed without problems 🙂

I can only speak for myself but actually pretty fast 6h max, have to say it was a Friday so no weekend.

I also had all KYC Papers ready.

Hello.Bet 1000 accuse me of duplicate accounts and don't want to pay my winnings. I filed a complaint with casino guru but the complaint was rejected for another reason and now I can't figure out if I have duplicate accounts or not. BET 1000 do not respond to emails.

Hi, I looked at your closed complaint and from what I saw it was unjustified because you violated the casino's rules: "We concluded that the player's complaint was unjustified due to a breach of the casino's one-player-per-account policy." 

Well, it looks like our team tried to help you, but this is how it ended up. I also saw the Terms and Conditions, which clearly state that only one person can use the account, and I noticed that you and your wife were using the same casino account. It looks like there will be no more help.
