No live chat available,I have sent my all documents with selfi also send written in paper with date but got rejected don't know why

This site is fraudulent, and no matter how much you play, sooner or later they will find a reason not to pay you your winnings. After they blocked my withdrawals (accusing duplicate accounts) for three weeks, they don't want to close my account either. There is no such fraudulent site .
