I čini mi se da ovo nije kazino koji je upao u zamku, već igrači koji su, kojim slučajem, slučajno pobedili, a sada žele da dođu do svog dobitka. Kako mogu da izvršim jednosmernu uplatu. Ovo je apsurdno. Banku nije briga sa koje strane da prima uplate. Ako se plaćanje vrši u jednom pravcu, onda će proći na drugoj strani, inače ne radi. Ili ovo ili ne.

Yesterday I got a mail from the casino stating that the direct bank deposits issue had been resolved, unfortunately when I tried it,I kept getting thesame responses(failed attempt) perhaps I have made another complaint to the support team, I hope it get resolved ASAP.

I think the issue is either from the payment provider or from my bank, my friend told me he was able to deposit on his 1win account using the local currency(Naira) but he couldn't deposit using dollar, the option had left!

So its either the payment providers in charge of conversion are not available or Nigerian banks don't issue out foreign currency at the moment!

Yesterday a friend made a successful deposit into her betmaster wallet, using bank transfers,although her wallet's currency is in Naira!

I think I will aswell ask the casino to change my account's currency to naira instead of USD.

Hello Radka,

My account's currency was later changed from dollar to naira,and was able to make 2 successful deposits using both direct bank deposits and Skrill(both minimum deposits)and was lucky enough to reach the minimum withdraw limits,and then I initiated a withdrawal to Skrill.

Unfortunately the withdrawals didn't went through, I was told that every amount of funds deposited via a method will have to be withdrawn by that same method, that the deposits and winnings are calculated automatically.

I thought the depositing and withdrawals methods are alternatives to each other!😔

I want a casino that will pay me in into my dollar wallet or crypto wallet regardless my depositing method.

1win does pay exactly the way that favours me but they confiscates one's winnings without giving adequate reasons to it!

I will keep searching maybe I will come across the right one soon!

sadly this is very common practice, casinos usually favor the same method for deposit and withdrawal. But I would say that a decent casino should help you even with that, and now we are getting to the reputation again. 🙂

Hi Radka,

So I added more funds into my wallet, played some casino and sport games,lose some and win some....at last I got something I can withdraw, so I initiated withdrawals to both methods I deposited with, for over 12hours now, no withdrawal had been successful, so I laid complained to the support and they said it had been escalated to thier specialist, they asked me exercise some more patience!


The casino has a very good reputation here, you rated it 8/10.

The casino advised that they'll have to close the previous account and then I will open another account with thesame email address but this time will have to use naira, which I did, but now they accused me for multiple accounts!

They've confiscated my winnings and blocked the account.

I got verified,despite all this conversation and processes they still blocked my account. I tried to explain to them but they stopped responding.

I do not believe they did... It's good that you submitted the complaint. To me, it seems that one of those chat operators had made a mistake and had not provided correct information to you or had not informed colleagues about the solution he suggested so the other operator + other departments did not know the entire history.

Well, we're rating the casino high, so I'm expecting a fair result.

I think it was because of my friends I referred,they all lost access to thier accounts aswell.

Thank God I'm the only one with funds and games activity on his account.

Nevertheless the casino were aware that I was going to tell my friends about them.

I and my friends schools together but do not live in thesame apartment nor hostel,also we both have different profiles and banking systems, everyone can undergo his/her KYC individually with different residence addresses.

Below was when I stated about my friends,when we were having difficulty with depositing.

The support should have prohibited me to tell my friends.
