Unfortunately it's not the type of licensing authority that really aims to help the players according to my experience. It's more like a license that casinos can buy in order to look more official. On the other hand, it doesn't mean that all casinos having this license must be bad. But it means you can't rely on the fact that the casino is licensed. It means nothing.

hi ..I’m reading the comment and am a little worried!! Yesterday I made a withdrawal request!! I talk with live support about account verification ( I know when you withdraw you need to verify your account in most casinos) but am informed that they don’t need at the moment!! I know that they gonna ask for doc when they gonna processed my withdrawal..and it’s going to be a long processes ..and it’s a trick just for you to spend your winnings!!

Have you already passed KYC (the verification process) in Betonic in the past? It also varies with the payment option. Did you choose any cryptocurrency, maybe? It can be the reason.

Hi !! I choose i bank transfer withdrawal!! And yesterday i received mail form support about KYC verification!! I send all the documents they requested!!! And now am waiting!! My withdrawal status is still pending!!

I send them ..my drivers license..internet bill for address verification..and bank statement visible address iban and bic code!! That’s all thay ask..that’s all I send!! But i didn’t recive a confirmation mail that my account is verified!! So let’s see what will happen..i hope for the best!!

Give it some time. They will not complete the verification instantly - it's a process.

Just a update..yesterday they send me mail that they need additional documents: selfie me holding my id to my face!! A send them ..and still waiting!! Withdrawal still pending!! And no confirmation that my account is verified!!

Sometimes, the KYC takes more than usual or some documents must be sent over again, but it is always wise to endure, I'd say.

Opet imam problem sa Betonikom. Imam isplatu na čekanju 10 dana koja nije obrađena. Poslednji put je prošlo 10 dana, sada ne znamo. Bez obzira na to, želim da naglasim ovaj kazino: oni ne obrađuju isplate, drže ih na čekanju, tako da igraču dosadi čekanje i ponovo igra celu stvar. Samo oni pobeđuju.
